Eluxo’s Luxury Cinema Integration with Trinnov and Krix Loudspeakers.

Can you start by telling us about Eluxo and how the company was established?  

Of course! Eluxo was born from the merger of an electrical installation company and a luxury automation firm. This fusion allowed us to combine technical expertise with luxury design. We’re headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium, where our offices and experience center reflect our philosophy of “less is more.” We pride ourselves on delivering discreet, elegant, and cutting-edge technology tailored to high-end clients.  

What kind of clients does Eluxo cater to, and what sets your company apart in the market?  

We mostly work with architects, interior designers, and high net-worth individuals who demand tailor-made solutions. Our clientele is not restricted to Belgium; we’ve worked on projects spanning the Middle East, Benelux, and even Rio de Janeiro. What sets us apart is our ability to create seamless and aesthetically pleasing luxury integrations while upholding a strong dedication to sustainability.

Yes, sustainability is one of our core values. It impacts everything we do, from opting for suppliers who share our commitment to green practices to designing energy-efficient solutions. Our goal is always to combine luxury with eco-consciousness in ways that resonate with our clients’ values.  

Could you describe your unique approach to luxury integrations?  

Our process focuses on blending art and technology. Each project starts with an in-depth design phase to ensure every element is optimized for functional and aesthetic requirements. Whether we’re working on castles, resorts, or penthouses, our integration ensures the technology is almost invisible—impactful to the user but subtle in its presence.

That sounds intriguing! What challenges do you typically encounter in your projects?  

Customization is always a challenge since every client has unique needs and tastes, which requires innovation and flexibility. Collaboration with architects is another opportunity and challenge. Ensuring our technical solutions align seamlessly with architectural visions demands close and thoughtful teamwork. Lastly, staying ahead of evolving technology is vital. Innovation is at the heart of our company, and we’re constantly developing and adapting our software solutions.  

Let’s dive into your cinema project, which seems groundbreaking. What was the main goal behind creating that cinema?  

Thank you! The luxury home cinema project was designed to deliver an unbeatable immersive audiovisual experience. We carefully integrated Trinnov’s audio processing technology and Krix’s premium loudspeakers to create a system that transforms movie-watching into a fully immersive event. 

What role did Trinnov’s technology play in the project?  

Trinnov was pivotal. Their audio processing technologies, like Room Optimizer and advanced 3D calibration, allowed us to fine-tune the audio experience to perfection, particularly in immersive sound formats such as Dolby Atmos. Its cutting-edge WaveForming technology will keep the cinema future-proof, ensuring clients enjoy the highest quality sound for years to come.  

How did Krix loudspeakers enhance the cinema’s design?  

Krix is renowned for producing world-class speakers, and their range was essential for us. For example, the room features their MX-30 speakers, high-performance subwoofers, and short-throw horns, all of which deliver crystal-clear sound and deep bass throughout the space. Together, Trinnov and Krix ensured the cinema achieved unparalleled detail and depth in its audio quality. 

Creating a luxury cinema must have involved many skilled collaborators. Can you tell us about that?  

Certainly! Collaboration was key to this project. My wife, an architect with exquisite design sensibilities, led our design team. Furniture from partners like Vitra and Edra added comfort and style to the interior. Lastly, acoustical design by Ronald Bout from Mutrox ensured that the room’s sound system was perfectly calibrated for the best listening experience. 

What was the ultimate outcome of this ambitious cinema project?  

The result exceeded our expectations. The cinema is a masterpiece, both visually and acoustically. It stands as a reference system, setting new benchmarks for luxury and performance in the residential cinema market. We’re proud to showcase this project as an example of Eluxo’s commitment to delivering innovative, luxurious solutions.
